Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Free)

  • Free standard shipping is available for all orders shipped to most US states.
  • Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days.
  • Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other US territories. Shipping fees for these locations will be calculated at checkout.

Expedited Shipping

  • Expedited shipping is available nationwide, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and US territories.
  • Delivery is estimated within 3–5 business days.
  • Expedited shipping rates start at $8–$15 for the first pound, plus $2–$3 for each additional pound. Final rates are calculated at checkout.

2-Day Shipping

  • Available for select products; eligibility and rates are displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery is estimated within 2 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers: USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside the United States.
  • Free shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other US territories.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We will accept returns for defective products and with a valid reason only.

  • Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or malfunctioning, please contact us immediately.

  • Valid Reasons: Returns for non-defective items are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by our support team. Please note that “change of mind” or “accidental orders” may not qualify as a valid reason under our policy.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return request, please use our website contact form within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Clear photos of the defect or damage.

  3. A detailed description of the reason for the return.

Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days (depending on your bank’s processing times).

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping may be deducted from your total.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item is confirmed to be defective or sent in error by FREZZEL. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
